Seven countries, seven posters, one classic film

See how nations from Japan to Finland imagined their posters for the Polish anti-war classic Ashes and Diamonds. These stunning designs are from a new poster exhibition centred on the master filmmaker Andrzej Wajda.

In conjunction with the Martin Scorsese Presents: Masterpieces of Polish Cinema season UK tour, BFI Southbank and the 13th Kinoteka Polish Film Festival are presenting a selection of original poster artwork from the Andrzej Wajda’s Films in International Film Poster exhibition on loan from the archives of the Film Museum in Łódź, curated by Krystyna Zamysłowska and Piotr Kulesza. The exhibition runs at BFI Southbank, Atrium until 31 May.
