“An exceptional performance by Conrad Khan”
Dir. Henry Blake
With Conrad Khan, Ashley Madekwe, Harris Dickinson
County Lines is a powerful and moving coming-of-age film about a 14-year-old boy who is groomed into a ‘county lines’ criminal network.
Inspired by the stories he heard while mentoring young people at an east London pupil referral unit, writer-director Henry Blake’s powerful feature debut boasts a compelling central performance by Conrad Khan (nominated for the EE Rising Star BAFTA 2021) as 14-year-old Tyler, with strong supporting performances from Ashley Madekwe (nominated for Best Supporting actress BAFTA 2021) and Harris Dickinson.
Due to the UK-wide lockdown all screenings of this film have now been postponed or cancelled. New listings information will be published once cinemas reopen.
