Sophie joined the BFI in 2015 and is responsible for managing the team of information specialists and the documentation team leader. She has a background working in museums, in documentation roles at Tate and Royal Museums Greenwich, and holds an MA in Museum Studies.

Her responsibilities include managing data standards and practices in relation to the BFI’s Collections Information Database (CID), to ensure that the BFI National Archive’s collections are documented according to best practice.
