Synopsis

Donald, a man with autism who works as a sanitation truck driver, becomes obsessed with the disappearance of a young boy in rural western Pennsylvania. When it seems that the police are colluding in a cover up, he starts to investigate the case in an attempt to prove that the boy has been murdered.
