Synopsis
Iranian actor Behnaz Jafari is distraught after receiving a desperate video phone message from a girl whose family forbid her from pursuing her studies at a drama school in Tehran, at the end of which she appears to commit suicide. Behnaz abandons the film she is working on and asks the director Jafar Panahi to join her on a road trip to the rural, Azeri-speaking north west of Iran, to locate the girl.
