Synopsis

In suburban Chicago, Amy, Kiki and Carla, three working mothers who have formed a close bond that resulted from their shared dissatisfaction with the demands of motherhood, make a pact to celebrate Christmas in a low-key fashion. But their plans to have a stress-free holiday are put in jeopardy when their mothers Ruth, Sandy and Isis unexpectedly arrive in Chicago a week before Christmas.
