Synopsis

Documentary following five British activists and considering the new generation of black and brown activists who are engaging with the social and political landscape of London and beyond. Through the stories of those followed the film records the rewarding but difficult path that must be trodden in the struggle for personal, social and political liberation. Focusing on The London Black Revolutionaries (Black Revs), R Movement and the Black Dissidents, the film provides a first hand insight into what cooperative, politicised engagement in social change means to a generation of young Londoners, fighting for egalitarian ideals and against a discriminating society.
