Synopsis
Horror. Donna Thompson, is a student journalist covering the Fourth of July celebrations in the small Maryland seaside town of Claridge when a deadly plague caused by high levels of toxicity in the bay is unleashed on the town. The scandal is suppressed by the authorities and three years later Donna produces a video exposé using footage shot at the time.
