Documentary. In contemporary China, a luxury cruise ship sails up the Yangtze against the backdrop of the controversial Three Gorges Dam. The film looks at the effect the building of the dam and subsequent flooding will have on the lives of the people who live along the river bank - through the story of country born Yu Shui and town bred Chen Bo Yu, two young people who work on the cruise ship.
