Synopsis

Comedy drama set in Cincinatti, Ohio in the 1930's. When a local community of travellers are blamed for a crime spree sweeping the state, Kit Kittredge, an aspiring girl reporter, writes an article which portrays them in a positive light. When her own home becomes subject to a robbery for which her traveller friend Will is blamed, Kit sets out to clear her friend's name, recover the stolen money and track down the real culprit.
