Synopsis

Science-fiction drama set in near-future Mexico. In a world tightly controlled by the military, techno-enthusiast Memo accidentally discovers the existence of 'aqua terrorists' and finds himself being tracked by security as a result. Heading north to rebuild his life, he meets journalist Luz who has special powers.
