Synopsis

On discovering that his grandfather was originally from Poland, Swiss Lionel becomes obsessed with this inheritance and begins to learn Polish and study up on the country and all things Polish. He even leaves his gay partner to marry an illegal Polish immigrant. Exasperated by his obsession, his sister Lucie drags him off to Poland to find out the truth about their ancestory. Whilst there Lionel has an affair with film student Stan.
