Synopsis

An architect comes into conflict with an activist resident in a housing estate in Chicago he designed several years before. Urban decline and a design which has helped drug dealers and criminals thrive has added to the misery of people on the estate, and the activist wants the whole thing demolished. The architect is reluctant to acknowledge the problems and sign her petition however.
