Synopsis
Comedy. Outgoing US President Monroe 'Eagle' Cole moves to the small town of Mooseport, having lost a lot of money and property in his divorce. There he hopes to settle down to a life of lucrative public speaking. Local handyman 'Handy' Harrison, who is fixing the toilets at Cole's grand waterfront residence, decides to run for mayor of Mooseport. Cole agrees to run too. The two men are also in contention over the affections of Handy's girlfriend of six years, Sally, who is fed up with waiting for him to propose.
