Synopsis

In a series of interwoven stories of cause and effect, a single passenger survives a plane crash, brought down by a tornado over the Gulf of Mexico. Five years later she is working in supermarket in small Austrian town. We meet her family and friends, as their lives coincide and separate again, providing repeated incidents of tragedy and unease.
