Third programme in the second series of `Life' programmes, focusing on the impact of globalisation on the urban environment. Follows the process of the drawing up of a new health care charter by delegates to the international conference, the People's Health Assembly held in Dhaka in December 2000 - from a 50,000 strong rally in Calcutta, through heated debates with World Bank spokespeople in Dhaka and argumentative late-night drafting sessions - to the final publication of the charter on the last day of the Assembly.
