Synopsis

During the civil war in Lebanon, many 'imported' foreign servants are left behind by their wealthy employers to fend for themselves. Their destinies interweave with with the story of a young Muslim militiaman and a young Christian maid, and with that of a rich bourgeois girl who returns to searchfor her lover.
