Action thriller. On the eve of the new Millennium, China is about to sign a new trade treaty. Ambassador Wu has been working hard to promote the pact with UN Secretary General Thomas. When a group of Chinese refugees is found dead in New York City harbour and Ambassador Wu is assassinated while giving a speech, FBI agent Neil Shaw finds himself involved in the investigation, along with a young girl, Julia, who may hold the key to the riddle of a possible global conspiracy.
