Synopsis
Action. Helicopter pilot Neil Meekin is caught in the path of an avalanche in Alaska while with his friend Jack, and Jack's wife Lia. Although Jack is killed, Neil and Lia manage to survive, but Neil blames himself for his friend's death. Two years later Lia is in the process of trying to stop the establishment by a major petroleum company of an overland pipeline which she feels would trigger off a massive avalanche, and Neil supports her, even though numerous attempts are being made to silence her.
