Synopsis

A car carrying three men spins out of control in a tunnel. The events of the previous 24 hours are related in a series of flashbacks: Duco is a wealthy and arrogant doctor, Rainier his home help cum chauffeur and Jeroen a young man Rainier discovers in the grounds of Duco's medical institution, apparently having taken an overdose of pills.
