Synopsis

Documentary featuring key exponents of feminism - Gloria Steinem, bell hooks, Urvashi Vaid, Judy Rebick, Mary Becker, Urvashi Butalia and Ailbhe Smyth - who together with the filmmakers dissect the F-word to paint a picture of global feminism that plays the media at its own game. It `links equality, gender, race, reproductive rights, sexualities, women's health, abortion, parenting, breast cancer, poverty and power as interlocking planks of the feminist global agenda.'
