Drama. Danny Wallace, a white policeman, is assigned to a precinct in New York headed by Nick Chen, a highly respected Chinese officer. Tension arises between the two, but they gradually come to respect each other. However, events take a dramatic turn when it appears Chen has close connections with corrupt businessmen in the neighbourhood, which is how he has partly managed to keep the area peaceful - until a new war starts between two rival gangs.
