Drama. A screen version of William Shakespeare's play General Titus Andronicus has returned triumphantly to Rome, having spent many years fighting the Goths, with a prisoner - the Goths' queen, Tamora. Titus insists on executing one of his prisoners as apart of a religious ritual, and chooses Tamora's eldest son as the most appropriate victim, enraging Tamora and setting in motion a cycle of bloody and vicious revenge.
