Synopsis
Drama. Two young black criminals have risen to the top of their profession. However, after disposing of a Jamaican drugs lord, they find themselves in danger from both the police and other criminals. On the eve of the Millennium, one of the men is captured, finding himself in prison. He is "offered" a major "hit" - the assassination of a famed minister just before he is due to give a message to the people on New Year's Eve, 1999.
