Synopsis

Western. Chance is discovered, badly beaten, in the desert and taken to the local mission hospital. He spends time there with a group of inmates, all suffering various mental problems. When the Mother Superior discovers she is near to death she charges Chance with the job of leading all the inmates to another mission, 100 miles away.
