For decades people in China modelled their image on Chairman Mao, who wore a simple outfit in blue or grey known as the Mao suit. Now China's door has opened and so have people's wardrobes. The programme focuses on two young, talented Chinese fashion designers Guo Pei and Sun Jian and their journey through modern China to the holding of their very own first fashion show.
