Synopsis

The inmates of C Wing are increasingly nervous as the day of the performance of "The Mikado" approaches. Tarzan is beginning to control the C Wing. On the night of the show, the SSU inmates effect a violent escape, and governer Helen Hewitt is caught up in it.
