Synopsis

Tarzan is moved out of top security. Governor Helen Hewitt discovers there is a corrupt officer on her team, and two inmates, Eugene and Brian, offer to secretly tape the officer in the hope that it will secure them a transfer to an open prison. The scheme backfires, and Brian suffers a brutal attack from another prisoner.
