Synopsis

Pierre Feldman is a Parisian surgeon. He arrives at Port Djema in a former French colony in Africa. The country is suffering under a civil war and Pierre Feldman has come to fulfill a promise he made to a friend, Dr Antoine Barasse who has been murdered. Feldman's promise is to find a child from a photograph Barasse has sent him saying that he would like the boy saved.
