Synopsis

Story of love and revenge. Shankar is a mute employed in a coal mine. The owner of the mine, Raja and his brother Brijwa terrorise the villagers. When Raja spots the beautiful Gauri, he tricks her into marriage, having sent her family a photograph of Shankar. Gauri finds out about the deception too late and is trapped. Meanwhile Shankar sets out to avenge himself on the men who killed his parents and rendered him mute. He meets Gauri and they fall in love.
