Synopsis

Suspense thriller set in US southwest. Passing through a small town, Rinda takes casual work in the local diner. She also becomes involved with the local stud. His mousey wife discovers them. She and Rinda forge an unlikely alliance and hit the road for Phoenix. They give a lift to a good-looking hitch-hiker and tension between the three develops. Meanwhile, back in the small town, police are following the trail of a robbery-murder.
