Synopsis
Set in Geneva. A young woman named Rosemonde had six years previously killed a man who tried to rape her. She has sold her story to a new television channel in the country. They want to make a series of programmes based on real life experiences. Rosemonde has received an advance but is reluctant to keep her part of the deal. Marie, a young actress posing as the one who is to play Rosemonde is persuaded to try and draw the true story out of Rosemonde by spending time with her. Rosemonde lives with her lover Paul and his dog who is called Fourbi (which means disorder or mess - a comment by the director on the state of society today - confirmed at the UK premiere screening of his film at the National Film Theatre, London on 8th October 1996).
