Film details


Ray Lorkin, a policeman, represents white law and order in Wala Wala, a remote aboriginal settlement. Lorkin is concerned to be fair to everyone and keeps the peace well until a white member of the community transgresses aborigine law and tradition. Lorkin finds himself seeking to uphold his 'white' concept of justice against a culture with its own systems and concepts of justice.
