Synopsis

Romantic drama in which a free-spririted French dancer, Beatrice, responds to an advertisement for a short-term Paris-New York apartment swap, placed by an uptight Manhattan psychoanalyst. After a short time in Beatrice's noisy and messy pied à terre, Henry returns home unannounced and is surprised to find Beatrice has successfully been treating his patients. He decides to pose as one of them, taking his turn on the couch as a means of getting to know her.
