Synopsis

Comedy thriller. Matteo Juarez, a down-and-out ex-cop in the Palm Springs area cannot get over inadvertently causing the death of an innocent female hostage while trying to shoot her captor. He gets hired by Donald Gale, a rich industrial / enviromentalist intent on saving the Salton Sea, to protect Jennifer, Gale's beautiful, mysterious wife. Jennifer works as a stripper in a sleazy bar, concealing her identity under a blond wig. Matteo saves her life twice, falls in love with her and blames himself when he fails to save her life.
