Open access programme presented by Sheila McKechnie as she prepared to leave Shelter, the national campaign for the homeless, after ten years as its director. She recalls the suffering she has witnessed and the successes the campaign has achieved. She also reveals that her time in office represents an unrelenting attack on successive governments for their lack of a co-ordinated housing policy.
