Synopsis

First of six programmes exploring important health education issues, particularly as they relate to heart disease. Highlights some of the eating habiits which have put parts of Britain at the top of the mortality league. Explains how diet can be modified in order to keep blood fats low. Contributors include Prof. Philip James of the Rowett Research Institute in Aberdeen and Junior Health Minister, Edwina Currie.
