Synopsis

Black comedy about a serial killer. Loris, a social misfit, is a sexually overwound shyster who is not the least bit interested in getting along with his fellow residents. At a party he gropes the wrong woman who informs a police man that Loris is "the Mozart of Vice", the violent sex killer he has spent 12 years stalking. Hoping to surprise him in the act he tails Loris together with a psychologist, but never get hold of him, even as he strangles cats. So they send police woman Jessica as bait.
