First in a two-part series examining the rise of Fascism in Russia and America. The first part focuses on the activities of a skinhead band in Orange County, California `Extreme Hatred', and the self-styled leader of the White Ayran Resistance (WAR), Tom Metzger, who preaches white supremacy and separatism via public access cable tv. The film is followed by a studio discussion from Los Angeles chaired by Darcus Howe. Taking part are Professor Robert Hill, editor-in-chief of the `Marcus Garvey Papers', Osiris Akkabala, an American black separatist and Tom Metzger.
