Synopsis

A video diary of Will Parry and his lover, Hugo Greenhalgh's involvement in the campaign to lower the age of consent for gay men from 21 to 16. It charts the progress of their petition to the European Court of Human Rights and peaks on the night of the vote in Parliament on changing the present law.
