Synopsis

Kammo is imprisoned in her home by her wealthy doting father when he finds out that she intends to marry Suman who is a pilot. Everyone but Kammo realises that he is a philanderer only after her inheritance. She manages to escape from home and runs away, making for Bangalore where she hopes to meet up with Suman. On the way, she encounters Sagar, a journalist, also bound for Bangalore. He realises who she is but has no intention of claiming the reward put up by her father for news of her. Kammo and Sagar clash and she accepts with a bad grace his various attempts to help her. They inevitably fall in love.
