Film details


Drama set against the events of the 1989 Romanian revolution, centring on its effects on four particular characters, including two brothers on either side of the political divide, Tudor being a member of the Securitate Secret Police, and Octavian a teacher who is anti-Ceausescu and pro-democracy. One of his students, Catalina, is a young peasant girl who is beaten physically and emotionally by the system.
