Synopsis

Erosion of the world's natural resources has left a barren landscape swept by gales. Human survivors live in isolated communities linked only by the Slipstream, a 'river' of wind. Law officer Tasker and his partner Belitski have their fugitive prisoner taken from them by Matt Owens. They begin a search for them both.
