Synopsis

Jeff Shannon, TV commentator, knows that one of the candidates for mayoral election is a crook but is afraid for his family if he exposes him. However, the crook makes people believe that New York has been swept by tidal wave. Jeff uses his camera to refute the lie and so expose the crook.
