Synopsis

A deranged taxi driver wants to make a film with his favourite star - Jana Bates. He travels to Cannes in the hope of meeting her, but her press agent and those around her rebuff him. Soon, the people around Jana Bates begin to disappear suddenly. Is nutty Vinny the cab driver the culprit?
