Synopsis

While travelling on a train to the South of France, Hélène meets with the Meyrands. The train is derailed and both the Meyrands are killed. Hélène finds herself in hospital where everyone thinks she is Mme Meyrand. She decides to adopt the identity, but she cannot escape from the past.
