The story of a ship wrecked couple who are picked up by the brutal captain of a sealing schooner, the "Sea-Wolf". Maddened by the cruelty of their captain, the crew mutiny, and the young couple leave the ship in an open boat and finally find shelter on an island. After the deserted ship has drifted to this island, they find the captain, blinded and half-paralysed by a storm in his bunk where he tries to set fire to his bedding and burn his ship. After his death, the couple are picked up by an American man-of-war. From the story by Jack London.
