Synopsis

An opera with concrete music: from the theme of the nightingale's song and then interweaving the themes of birdsong, sounds, night, sleep, dreaming, etc. As a counterpoint to these themes come snatches of anecdote: a young man comes to record the nightingale's song near a deserted house where a whole crowd of strange people soon gather.
