Synopsis
Harold 'Speedy' Swift, who is unable to hold a job, saves his girlfriend's grandfather's horsecar when it is stolen by a gang of rivals. 'Speedy' finds it, drives it furiously through the crowded streets and gets it back in time to make the daily run.
