The Man without a Face (1935)

Film details


Billy Desmond finds a £20 note and spends it. He is arrested and convicted as the note was stolen. In a crash on the way to prison he finds a body and escapes, handcuffing the body to the prison warder. But the man isn't dead and is held in custody, forcing Desmond to come forward. Eventually the police discover that the injured man is in fact the real murderer and Desmond is cleared.
